We recognise that you may have inquiries regarding the care and nurturing of your child, and we are here to provide you with the answers you seek. Below, we have compiled a list of frequently asked questions to address the common questions. However, we also encourage you to reach out to us directly with any additional queries or concerns you may have.

Do you have a Preschool or Kindergarten program?

Yes, our Early Childhood Teacher delivers a Queensland Government Approved Kindergarten Program.

What are your operating hours?

6.30am-6.00pm Monday to Friday.

What qualifications do your educators have?

Our Early Childhood Teachers hold a Master of Early Childhood Education and a Associate Diploma of Education. Our Lead Educators hold a Diploma level qualification and our Assistant Educators hold a Certificate III level qualification.

Can you tell me what my fees will be after I claim the Child Care Subsidy?

We can provide you with an estimate of your weekly out of pocket fees if you have completed your Child Care Subsidy claim, simply call 3821 4744 and speak with our Centre Director.

Do you charge for public holidays?

Monday public holidays are free of charge, make up days are available for all other public holidays.

What is included in the daily fee?

Nappies, wipes & sunscreen.
